Mastercard Upgrade

In September, we're introducing a new and enriched credit card program, with a new look, and new cardholder features, including Contactless Payment capability.

As part of this change, you'll receive a new TCCU Mastercard credit card, as well as a new credit card number.  Balances will transfer to the new cards and rewards points associated with Platinum Rewards cards will transfer to an improved rewards program.  

NEW FEATURES

  • Contactless Payment technology for added convenience

  • Each cardholder on an account will have a unique card number

  • Cardholder name and card number information will be printed on the BACK of the card

  • New card design with EMV contact chip for card-present fraud prevention

PLATINUM REWARDS CARD HOLDERS
A new rewards program is part of the credit card upgrade and your existing Rewards Points will be transferred to the new program.

BEFORE YOUR NEW CARD ARRIVES 
  • Use your old card through September 17, 2021; your new card should arrive in early September
  • Download past statements you wish to keep by September 17, 2021, at Mycardinfo.com; past statements will not be available on the new system 
 AFTER YOUR NEW CARD ARRIVES
  • Each cardholder on an account will receive a unique card number and each card number will need to be activated separately, using the primary cardholder's inforrmation
  • You may activate your new card(s) on September 18, 2021
  • Update your card information on automated payments, including the card number, expiration date, and 3-digit security code. (Automated payments such as utilities, gym dues, etc.) 
  • If you use a bill payment service, like TCCU's ePay, to make your payment, you will need to update the payment address to:  Mastercard, P. O. Box 660493, Dallas, TX 75266-0493
  • Enroll in MYTCCUCards to have complete access to your credit card account and all of the new features.
