What does this credit card upgrade mean to me?
You will receive a new TCCU Mastercard EMV chip credit card, complete with a new number, expiration date and security code.  Your new card will have your name and card information printed on the back and it will offer new Contactless Payment technology.  

When will I receive my new card?
Your new card should arrive within the first two weeks of September.  If you do not receive your card by 9/17/2021, please call us at 817.884.1470.

Can I continue to use my current card until my new card arrives?
Yes, please continue to use your current TCCU Mastercard credit card until your new one arrives.  Then you will need to activate the new card prior to using it.

What should I do once I receive my new card?
Activate your card following the instructions on the sticker that is on the front of your card.  Once your card is activated, please update any automatic payments and payments set up through a bill payment service that you had set up with your old card.  Always keep your card in a safe and secure place.  Each card on the account will need to be activated.  

Will my interest rate change?
No, your interest rate for purchases and balance transfers will not change.  All terms will remain the same, and there is no annual fee.

Will anything change with my online account access? 
Beginning September 20, 2021, you will have access to TCCU's new credit card system, MyTCCU Cards online.  You will need to register your new card information online in order to use the site. 

What about my existing rewards points?
Your rewards points will transfer directly to the new program, called CU Rewards.  

Can I continue to make payments to the current account by mail?
Yes, you can continue to send payments to the old address until September 13, 2021.  After you receive the new cards, payments will be mailed to Mastercard, P.O. Box 660493, Dallas, TX 75266-0493.

Are there other ways to make my payments?
You may always make your credit card payments at any TCCU branch location.  You may also pay online at mycardinfo.com until 9/13/2021.  After that date, you may make payments using MyTCCUCards.  

As always, you make make credit card payments at any TCCU branch location.

If you make payments by mail, send your payments to this new address: MasterCard, P O Box 660493, Dallas, TX 75266-0493  

After you receive your new card you must register on the new site, MyTCCUCards, prior to making your first online payment.  

If you make your payments using TCCU's ePay or another bill payment service, you will need to update the payment address to:  MasterCard, P. O. Box 660493, Dallas, TX 75266-0493.
