FBI Sees Rise in Fraud Schemes

Scammers are taking advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic to steal your money, your personal information, or both.  Don't let them.  Be on the lookout for fake CDC emails, phishing emails and counterfeit treatments or equipment.  Be vigilant, and read more here from the Department of Justice.  

Lobbies Closed Effective 3/25/2020 (Updated 3/31/2020) 

We are open for business, but as an employer and a public-facing institution, TCCU believes it is our responsibility to keep our employees, members and community safe.  This is a temporary change.

Effective March 25, 2020, TCCU lobbies are closed until further notice.    We are open for business as usual with the exception of walk-in transactions.  You may conduct most of your transactions online, via mobile, or by phone.  For other transactions, contact us for an appointment. To make an appointment, email or call us at 817.884.1470.  Appointment Times:  9am - 4pm.  Appointments may be limited to a maximum of 2 people at a time and are only being taken for the Plaza location.   

Cash Withdrawal Limitations (Posted March 19, 2020)

We want to assure you that you will continue to have uninterrupted access to all your funds through ATMs, online banking, debit cards and credit cards.  You may also withdraw funds by check or by any number of electronic means we offer.  

In order to maintain and preserve enough cash on hand to serve our entire membership, we have determined that we must set limits on large cash withdrawals during this time.

Effective March 19, 2020, the following limits will be in place:

At TCCU branches:

      • TCCU members: $2500 cash/per member/per day;
      • Guest members: $500 cash/per guest member/per day

At CO-OP Shared Branch locations:

      • TCCU guest members must abide by the cash limits set forth by the participating credit union. 

Effective March 23, 2020

Our branches are temporarily closed. We're still here to serve you. Just remember that our remote services are available even when we are not. You can access eBanking, our mobile app, Call Center, and ATMs around the clock.    Visit this page often as the hours of operation may change.  

Real Estate Lending Information (Posted March 18, 2020)

Real estate loan applications (First Mortgages, Refinances & Home Equity) are being accepted and processed - business as usual. We are experiencing heavy demand for these loans and are experiencing some delays in the process as outside resources (appraisals, as one example) are managing under the strain of added workloads.   We ask for your patience and understanding; normal turnaround times may take longer for real estate loans. 

Annual Business Meeting Postponed (Posted March 17, 2020)

Due to the increased risk associated when gathering in large numbers, the Annual Business Meeting that is normally held in March, has been delayed until May 28, 2020.  We are following CDC recommended guidelines during the COVID-19 event to protect both our members and staff, and we thank you for your understanding.

TCCU's Coronavirus (COVID-19) Preparedness (Posted March 12, 2020)

The recent outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has the public concerned about this pandemic and the impact it could have on daily financial transactions. 

We would like to reassure you that the health, safety and service of our members and staff is always our top priority. 

To address these concerns, TCCU has updated our business continuity plan and is taking precautions to deliver on these priorities to ensure stability should there be a global or local interruption of commerce.
